PROBLEM:
Decentralized Data BACKUP and RESTORE approach that was unreliable, difficult to manage, expensive and could no longer meet objectives for ensuring the availability demands of business critical information, in the event of a data loss.
SOLUTION:
Designed a centralized data BACKUP and RESTORE solution for more than 25 enterprise wide servers. A gap analysis was performed and a best practices approach was developed that allowed data to be backed-up daily and securely located off-site while remaining available to be restored on demand. The implemented solution also allowed the clients IT department to maintain uncompromised control of all processes.
